Patel has over a decade of experience handling complex trade finance transactions across a variety of industries. He regularly represents private capital providers, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with leveraged and investment grade financing transactions, asset-based financing transactions, mezzanine loans, high yield issues, event and opportunistic financing transactions, as well as special situations, restructurings, restructurings and insolvency matters.

Patel, who joined the firm from Jones Day, earned his undergraduate degree from tulane university and his JD of Hofstra University, with much praise.
