Mr. Smyth brings to Summit a wealth of P&C insurance knowledge and financial leadership experience, having held senior positions as a finance executive at Liberty Mutual and most recently as a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. “I am extremely pleased to announce that Patrick has assumed responsibility for this critical area of ​​the business,” said Carol Sipe, President and CEO of Summit. “He is a valuable addition to our team.”

Patrick Smyth succeeds Dave Conway who recently announced his planned retirement in March 2022. “Dave joined Summit in 2004 and has had a positive impact on all aspects of the organization with his deep financial knowledge and strong leadership,” shares Carol Sipe.
