UMAX GROUP CORP. – UMAX Signs Digital Marketing Deal with Los Angeles Studio, InkBalloon

Los Angeles, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 7, 2022 / UMAX Group Corp. (OTC PINK: UMAX), a Nevada company, has a deal with Los Angeles-based agency InkBalloon, to handle all digital marketing for UMAX affiliate Funny Media Group (“FMG”).

“InkBalloon has a strong background in building the web using the latest and greatest technology,” said Rondell Fletcher, President and CEO of UMAX. “We look forward to having them ramp up our digital efforts.”

Mr. Fletcher said one of the priorities is to revamp the FMG website to highlight recent comedy shows.

Following the acquisition of FMG in May 2021, UMAX has now moved entirely to comedy development as a tool to achieve a positive cash flow process and to provide the best return on shareholder investment.

Mr. Fletcher said InkBalloon is a multidisciplinary, independently owned design studio that provides comprehensive 360-degree solutions.

Mr. Fletcher added that InkBalloon has already worked on several projects for FMG, and that the relationship is strong.

Mr. Fletcher said Funny Media Group is also discussing marketing the second season of the comedy show, which begins recording in March.

“We are passionately marketing the second season,” said Mr. Fletcher.

Mr. Fletcher has an extensive background in production and media. He has owned his own production studio in Los Angeles for the past 20 years and has produced national shows for CNN, FOX, Food Network, Comedy Central, and others.

The Funny Media Group’s short-term goal is to produce content for streaming services like Netflix and Amazon with a long-term goal of building a large media catalog for its acquisition.
